Since that time she has gone from successful single agent to managing a rock star real estate team selling over 500 transactions and $300 million in volume. She made almost a million dollars in her first three years selling real estate and over $7 million in gross commission income over the course of her career.
Over time, she realized that building a real estate team was so much harder than she thought it was.
She was frustrated by her team's lack of commitment, her rising monthly expenses, and her inability to find an administrator who could "do it all."
That was when she decided to burn it all down and start from the ground up.
